Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 150 g mano (s)
- 15 g suar
- mint
- 250 g natural yourt
- some lemon peel

- Puree the strawberries and mangoes. Then add the sugar and the grated lemon zest. Mix everything well again and refrigerate.
- Later on on natural yoghurt (also works with quark), best served in a glass.
- Finally, decorate with a few mint leaves and the perfect summer dessert is ready!
- If you like the whole thing a bit sweeter, you can of course play around with the amount of sugar as you like =)
