Ingredients
- 1 kg quark
- 1 kg strawberries
- 500 g cream
- 0.5 bag ½ meringue
- 0.5 ½ package chocolate kisses
- 1 point ladyfingers
- orange juice
- Cointreau
- 0.5 ½ bottle sauce (raspberry)

- Line a sufficiently large baking dish with the ladyfingers. Sprinkle these with orange juice and Cointreau.
- Clean and wash the strawberries, cut into small pieces and spread on the ladyfingers. Pour the raspberry sauce on the strawberries.
- Whip the cream. Remove the waffle from the foam kisses. Crumble the meringue. Mix everything with the curd
- Spread the mixture over the strawberries and refrigerate overnight.
