Ingredients
- 200 g yourt
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 200 g mascarpone
- 2 tablespoon apple juice
- 1 tablespoon calvados
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 12 ladyfingers
- 1 glass apple compote, or homemade
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- Mix yogurt, quark, mascarpone, apple juice, calvados, sugar and vanilla sugar to a smooth mass.
- Now layer everything: fill four glasses with one crumbled ladyfingers each. Put 1 - 2 spoons of apple compote on top, then layer the mixed mass and again crumbled ladyfingers, etc. Finally, insert a ladyfingers at an angle and garnish with cinnamon.
- Tastes even better when pulled through.
