Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 550 g applesauce from the lass
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 30 g powdered suar
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 apples
  • 50 g ladyfiners

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, low-fat quark, 250 g applesauce, cinnamon, powdered sugar, 2 tablespoon lemon juice and vanilla sugar together well. Quarter, core and finely dice apples. Mix immediately with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 300 g applesauce. Break the sponge fingers.
  2. Layer the apple sauce mixture with the biscuits and the cream in glasses or in a large bowl.
  3. Chill for 1 hour before consumption. Garnish with apple slices if necessary.
