Ingredients

  • 750 g raspberries
  • 10 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 8 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 100 ml coffee, boiled, cold
  • 2 bottles butter-vanilla flavor
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, quark, powdered sugar, lemon juice, coffee and vanilla flavor until smooth. Pour half of the fruit into a bowl and pour half of the mascarpone cream over it. Repeat the whole thing. Smooth out the cream and sprinkle chocolate flakes over the cream as required.
