Ingredients

  • 250 g date (s), sweet
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto

Instructions

  1. Core the dates and pour them into a tall container. Chop the dates with the hand mixer or mixer and add the mascarpone. Now add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of milk to loosen up. Continue to mix with the hand mixer or mixer and finally add 1 tablespoon of amaretto if necessary. Then stir again well with a spoon and fill into dessert bowls. Then refrigerate for approx. 15 minutes until consumption.
