Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 125 ml egg liqueur
  • 80 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 1 glass morello cherries, pitted, drained
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone with crème fraiche and eggnog until smooth. Add sugar and sifted powdered sugar and stir in until there are no more sugar crystals. Then carefully fold in the very well drained cherries. Leave the cream to soak in the refrigerator overnight until it is consumed.
