Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, crème fraîche, and egg liqueur until smooth, about 2 minutes.
2. Add vanilla sugar and powdered sugar, stirring for 1 to 2 minutes until no sugar crystals remain.
3. Gently fold in the well-drained cherries.
4. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
