Ingredients

  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • vanilla
  • 100 g almond sticks

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla together. Fold in the cream. Toast the almonds in a pan without oil.
  2. Drain the cherries and divide into 4 bowls. Spread the quark mixture on top and sprinkle the almonds on top.
  3. If you want, you can stir some cinnamon into the quark mixture.
