- Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla together. Fold in the cream. Toast the almonds in a pan without oil.
- Drain the cherries and divide into 4 bowls. Spread the quark mixture on top and sprinkle the almonds on top.
- If you want, you can stir some cinnamon into the quark mixture.
