Ingredients

  • 250 g date (s), dried
  • 250 ml water
  • 500 g curd milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla powder
  • 60 g desiccated coconut
  • some almond (s), to decorate
  • some cinnamon powder to sprinkle on

Instructions

  1. Bring the dates to the boil with the water and cover and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Let it steep for another 5 minutes on the turned-down hotplate. Then puree well with the blender. Add the soured milk, desiccated coconut, honey, cinnamon and vanilla and puree everything again.
  2. Put the date cream in bowls and decorate with the almonds and desiccated coconut. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
