Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 g sour cream or sour cream or crème fraîche
- 150 g yourt
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar or sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 shortbread biscuits, possibly whole grains
- 25 g couverture
- 50 g berries, fresh or frozen

- Mix the mascarpone, sour cream, yoghurt, cane sugar and vanilla sugar and let stand until the sugar can dissolve. I didn`t make it quite as sweet, so more can be added at will.
- Put the biscuits in a freezer bag, crumble and spread the cream, biscuit crumbs and cream in layers between two glasses or bowls. Then put the berries on top.
- The chocolate is used as decoration, I melted it in a water bath, draped it on baking paper and put it in the freezer and then served it.
- Tip: If you have frozen berries, place the glasses or bowls in the refrigerator half an hour before serving, then the berries will be thawed and taste like they are fresh, but no longer frozen.
