Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g blueberries, or blackberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 200 g whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Puree the berries with lemon juice and half of the sugar.
  2. Mix the remaining sugar with the scraped-out vanilla pulp and the mascarpone. Whip the cream and fold in.
  3. Layer the cream and the fruit puree alternately in glasses or bowls and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  5. The cream is also great for freezing. If you need a dessert, you can cut it into slices and serve as a fake parfait.
