Ingredients
- 300 g natural yourt
- 125 g mascarpone
- 70 g suar, brown
- 3 sheets gelatin
- 60 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
- 250 g strawberries

- Soak the gelatin. Cut the strawberries into pieces.
- Mix the yoghurt and mascarpone together until smooth and stir in the sugar. Heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatine (do not let it boil!). Add 2 tablespoons of cream and stir, then stir into the yoghurt cream. Fold in the strawberries and whole amarettini.
- Divide the dessert on bowls or glasses, leave to cool for about 3 hours and let it steep.
