Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g sour cream
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 g sweet cream
- 300 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Mix the mascarpone with the sour cream, sugar and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour the cream into a glass bowl.
- Puree the strawberries (clean the fresh ones beforehand) and season with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Finally, pour onto the mascarpone cream and serve.
