Ingredients

  • 350 g quark, 40% fat (less fat if desired)
  • 175 g natural yourt
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 70 g powdered suar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 175 ml whipped cream
  • 300 g strawberries

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with yogurt, lemon juice, 50 g powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to a smooth mass. Now whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the quark yoghurt cream
  2. Wash and clean the strawberries and put 2 nice ones aside, puree the rest and add the rest of the powdered sugar.
  3. Now put a layer of curd cheese in each of 4 dessert bowls or glasses, then a layer of strawberry puree, again curd cream and strawberry puree until everything is used up. Now cut the 2 strawberries in half and decorate each bowl with half a strawberry.
