Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 125 g quark
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

For the filling:

  • 375 g quark
  • Sugar or sweetener as you like
  • 200 g cream
  • 500 g strawberries

Instructions

  1. Grease the muffin cups.
  2. Beat the egg and sugar, add oil, milk, quark and salt.
  3. Mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder, sieve on top. Knead everything until smooth.
  4. Divide into 12 equal portions, roll out and line the muffin cups with it.
  5. Bake at 200 ° C for about 110-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Season the quark with sweetener. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  7. Quarter and fold in all but 12 beautiful strawberries.
  8. Scoop out the tartlets with a spoon and place the crumbs in a bowl. Fill the tartlets with the quark cream and garnish with a strawberry each.
  9. Sprinkle the crumbs over the tartlets, pressing lightly.
