Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and quarter them. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the quark and sugar in a bowl with the mixer until the sugar has dissolved. Then fold the cream into the quark. Finally fold in the strawberries. Chill the quark in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
