Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 4 egg yolks
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
- 1 tablespoon semolina
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 4 egg whites
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 teaspoon butter for the pan

- Melt the butter and let it cool, then mix with the quark, honey, egg yolks, vanilla pulp, salt and lemon zest. Mix the semolina with the starch, sieve over the quark mixture and mix in. Beat the egg whites very stiff and fold in carefully. Wash the strawberries briefly, then decalf and quarter them. Fold under the curd mixture.
- Butter a round ovenproof dish (Ø 24 cm) and pour in the quark mixture. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 45 - 50 minutes and the culinary delight is ready - tastes cold and warm.
