Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 100 ml almond drink (Alpro almond with vanilla)
- Amaretto
- sugar
- Sweetener or honey

- First wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and immediately place them in a marinade made from amaretto and a teaspoon of sugar (depending on the degree of ripeness of the strawberries). This brew is left over and can then be used elsewhere later, it is very tasty.
- Now mix the quark with the almond vanilla milk until it has a creamy consistency. Sweeten until it suits your taste. A good splash of sweetener is enough for me. Honey is too strict in taste for me. Prepare 3 - 4 glasses and fill up the fruit and the quark mixture in layers.
- We are good eaters, if you look at the quantities, you can make 5-6 desserts out of them.
- Tip: You can also add chopped nuts or crumbled biscuits for the crunch.
- If you make the dessert with bananas or pineapple, Alpro coconut goes well with it and can be prepared all year round.
- 250 Kcal per serving without nuts and cookies.
