Instructions

  1. First wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and immediately place them in a marinade made from amaretto and a teaspoon of sugar (depending on the degree of ripeness of the strawberries). This brew is left over and can then be used elsewhere later, it is very tasty.
  2. Now mix the quark with the almond vanilla milk until it has a creamy consistency. Sweeten until it suits your taste. A good splash of sweetener is enough for me. Honey is too strict in taste for me. Prepare 3 - 4 glasses and fill up the fruit and the quark mixture in layers.
  3. We are good eaters, if you look at the quantities, you can make 5-6 desserts out of them.
  4. Tip: You can also add chopped nuts or crumbled biscuits for the crunch.
  5. If you make the dessert with bananas or pineapple, Alpro coconut goes well with it and can be prepared all year round.
