Ingredients

  • 6 sheets gelatin, white
  • 2 lime (s), grated zest and juice
  • 750 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 large mango (s), ripe
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar

For decoration:

  • leaves Melissa
  • Lime (s) - slices

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Mix the lime zest and juice, quark and sugar together.
  2. Squeeze out the gelatine and mix with 3 tablespoons of quark. Pull under the leftover quark and chill.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff, fold into the quark mixture. Pour everything into a 1 l pudding pan and chill for at least 4 hours.
  4. Clean and quarter the strawberries, peel and dice the mango (preferably a mango).
  5. Mix the fruit with the vanilla sugar.
  6. Dip the pudding mold in hot water, turn the pudding out onto a plate.
  7. Cover with the fruits and garnish with the lemon balm leaves and lime slices.
