Ingredients
- 2 mango (s), very ripe
- 500 g low-fat quark
- some lemon juice
- some sweetener
- some chocolate, (coconut chocolate, Romy), chopped

- Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stone and puree with lemon juice.
- Season the quark with sweetener. Mix everything together and fill into bowls, sprinkle with chopped chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
