Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 1 mango (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 3 tablespoon forest honey
- 2 pinches turmeric

- Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and cut into small cubes. You may want to keep 6 thin slices for decoration.
- Squeeze half a lemon and mix with the quark, honey and turmeric until smooth. Now fold in the mango cubes and pour into dessert glasses. Decorate with the remaining mango pieces and dust a little turmeric over them if necessary.
- The dessert is very easy to prepare and should be chilled in the refrigerator until it is consumed.
