Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • 150 g yourt
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • liter ⅛ lemon juice, from about 3 lemons
  • 150 g amarettini

Instructions

  1. Crumble the amarettini up to 6 pieces in a freezer bag with the meat tenderizer. Whip the cream until stiff and set some of it aside to garnish.
  2. Mix the quark, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar with the lemon juice, then fold in the cream. Season to taste depending on the desired sweetness. Layer the cream alternately with the amarettini in glasses, finish with the amarettini. Put in a cool place.
  3. Before serving, decorate each glass with a cream tuff and an amarettini and hang half a lemon wedge on the glass if you like.
  4. This amount is sufficient for 6 glasses with 200 ml each. The cream is also very tasty with orange juice, but then less sugar is required!
