- 250 g quark
- 1 large persimmon (s), or 2 small ones
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sweet cream
- 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

- Peel the persimmons and cut into small cubes. Save a column cut into triangles for decoration.
- Mix the quark with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
- Fill dessert glasses or bowls with a few persimmon cubes, top with quark cream, then again with persimmon cubes and top with curd cream. If desired, a little decoration on top.
