Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon (s), finely grate the peel
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice, from the grated lemon
- 2 ½ dl cream, (full cream)
- 30 g flaked almonds, a little toasted without fat

- Put the quark in a bowl, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice and stir until smooth.
- Whip the cream until stiff and mix it carefully into the quark.
- Arrange the cream in 4 bowls and pour the flaked almonds on top.
