Ingredients
- 1 kg quark
- 200 g cream
- 2 m. Mango (s), ripe
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 50 g walnuts
- Sugar, ad libitum.

- Mix the quark with the cream until smooth. Rub the lemon peel, squeeze the lemon and add both to the quark. Cut the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp, chop the walnuts and add to the quark with the vanilla pulp. Peel the mangoes and cut into bite-sized cubes. Mix everything with the quark and sweeten to taste.
- Chill before serving.
