Puree with Cream

Puree with cream is one of the most popular and widespread dishes in the world. The delicate creamy consistency of this puree combined with Parmesan cheese makes this dish incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
  • Butter – 40 grams
  • Cream – 1.5 Cups (11%)
  • Parmesan – 70 Grams
  • Salt – 1 To taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the potatoes, peel and chop coarsely. Boil in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater.
  3. Heat the cream slightly, but do not boil.
  4. Drain the water from the potatoes, add half the cream and butter.
  5. Mash the potatoes with a crush.
  6. Pour in the rest of the cream and knead again until smooth. Add the grated Parmesan, stir and cover.
  7. The garnish is ready.
