- 500 g potato (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and cook with salted water as usual. When the potatoes are done, drain the water.
- Heat the cream. Season the potatoes with pepper and nutmeg,
- Stir in the crème fraîche and mash everything. Stir in the cream to the desired consistency.
