Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini, depending on size
  • 400 g crème fraîche, or sour cream
  • Fat, for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • possibly basil or thyme
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry. Roughly dice the zucchini and peppers and add to the chicken breast, do not stew too long so that the vegetables stay crisp! Add crème fraîche or sour cream and season to taste. I usually add salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika powder or sometimes basil or thyme, depending on my mood and taste. Let simmer again briefly.
  2. Tastes best with rice.
