Soak the gelatin. Cut the strawberries into pieces.
Mix the yoghurt and mascarpone together until smooth and stir in the sugar. Heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatine (do not let it boil!). Add 2 tablespoons of cream and stir, then stir into the yoghurt cream. Fold in the strawberries and whole amarettini.
Divide the dessert on bowls or glasses, leave to cool for about 3 hours and let it steep.
