Instructions

1. Mix the pureed strawberries with the mascarpone, sugar, pulp of the vanilla pod and lemon juice in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
2. Pour the mascarpone cream together with the cleaned strawberries into dessert bowls and serve immediately.
3. Tip: Before serving, the dessert can be richly decorated according to taste and preference.
