Instructions

1. Clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Add sugar to your taste and let stand a little.
2. The cookies crumble.
3. Mix the mascarpone, quark, vanilla sugar, sugar and honey to taste to form a smooth cream. Then fold in the cream.
4. Put the cream, cookie crumbs and strawberries in layers in a suitable bowl or in portions in dessert bowls - it looks even nicer. Let it steep a little to soften the biscuits.
