Ingredients

• 500 g strawberries, ripe
• 80 g powdered suar
• 2 tablespoon strawberry syrup
• 250 g mascarpone
• 150 g yourt

Instructions

1. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree together with the powdered sugar and syrup with a hand blender.
2. Add mascarpone and yoghurt and stir until smooth. Now pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and let it freeze.
