Ingredients

  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon raspberry spirit
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g yourt

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and raspberries, clean the strawberries and puree both with sugar, vanilla sugar and raspberry spirit. Pass the fruit mass through it and mix it with the mascarpone and yoghurt. Put the cream in the freezer for about 2 hours and stir several times. Serve the berry mascarpone ice cream with fresh berries and vanilla sauce, if desired.
