Put the flakes and flax seeds in a large cereal bowl (the fruit should still fit in later!), Bring some water to the boil in the kettle and add 6 tablespoons (or about double the amount of the flakes) to the bowl. Mix well with the flakes and seeds, let swell briefly.
In the meantime, cut the fruit into small pieces. Mix the soy yoghurt, cinnamon and fruit thoroughly with the flakes to create a creamy paste (depending on the size of the fruit pieces). Sprinkle with chopped nuts and / or sweeten as desired.
The flakes and the fruit are of course variable, I like to use a 3-grain flake mix. The amount of cinnamon should be adjusted to your own taste, and I also imagine other warming spices to go well with it (e.g. grated ginger or ground cardamom).
Despite the raw fruit and yogurt, this granola doesn`t cool as much thanks to the spices and the scalding of the flakes. Healthy and long-lasting filling as a breakfast or snack.
