Instructions

  1. Mix the cream quark, orange juice, milk and sugar with a whisk. Add the pudding to the mixture while stirring. Taste everything. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the curd mixture with a whisk. Pour the cream into a bowl or dessert bowls.
  2. Garnish with orange or tangerine wedges and whipped cream.
