Instructions

  1. Put the creme fraîche in a bowl, press the garlic through the press and mix in the soy sauce, mustard and herbs. Stir everything and let it steep for an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. You can serve the dip with raw vegetables, bread or chips or for grilling.
