Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, milk, salt, vanilla sugar and eggs, add the cognac and melted butter, stir again. Put in a pan, just enough until the bottom is covered and fry on each side for approx. 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  2. If desired, the crêpes can be topped with jam, sugar, cinnamon, cheese, ham. After the topping, roll up the crepe a little and enjoy.
