Instructions

  1. Heat the butter, add the oat flakes and lightly toast. Add nuts, roast everything until golden brown. Add honey. Chop the fruit, drizzle with lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff, add the vanilla sugar. Stir the quark into the cream.
  2. Layer everything alternately in a tall glass.
