While the pasta is boiling, heat the butter in a pan, let the onions, garlic, bacon and ham simmer in it. Add the peppers and mushrooms and sauté a little until the liquid has dissolved. Deglaze with the white wine, let it boil down, fill up with the cream, briefly bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and add the herbs.
Drain the cooked noodles well, mix with the sauce and serve on four preheated plates. Sprinkle each serving with a little sbrinz and serve immediately.
