Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (croissant)
  • 120 g ham, cooked, cut into cubes
  • 120 g breakfast bacon, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small chili peppers, mild red, cut into fine cubes
  • 6 large mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • some butter
  • 0.5 dl ½ white wine
  • 2 dl cream, (full cream)
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon basil, freshly chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • 30 g cheese, rated sbrinz

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is boiling, heat the butter in a pan, let the onions, garlic, bacon and ham simmer in it. Add the peppers and mushrooms and sauté a little until the liquid has dissolved. Deglaze with the white wine, let it boil down, fill up with the cream, briefly bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and add the herbs.
  3. Drain the cooked noodles well, mix with the sauce and serve on four preheated plates. Sprinkle each serving with a little sbrinz and serve immediately.
