- Wrap ten olives with a slice of bacon each and fry briefly in the deep fryer and drain on kitchen paper.
- For the dough, mix the flour, egg, salt and beer together and dip the remaining olives in the dough with a fork and fry them.
- Then drain on kitchen paper.
- After cooling, prick on skewers (toothpicks) and serve in small bowls.
