Mix the flour, sugar, and salt well in a bowl, then add the water and butter. Put the dough in a cool place for approx. 1 hour.
Place 1 tablespoon of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread out into a circle with a 10 cm diameter. Bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 8 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Take out and immediately place over upturned coffee cups, allow to cool.
These crispy shells can be prepared well and can be kept in a can in a cool and dry place for about 1 week. The nut parfait from my profile can be served in these bowls, for example. Any other ice cream too, of course.
