Mix together the spelled flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, sugar and salt. Then add milk and oil and mix with a hand mixer. Now add the orange fizzy and stir only until an even dough has formed.
Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat and add a small amount of batter. Spread lightly in the pan so that the pancake is nice and thin and crispy. If the dough is still too firm, a little orange fizz can be added. Turn for the first time after a short time. To prevent the pan from blowing up, use the spatula to poke a small hole in the middle so that the air can escape. Turn several times until both sides are yellow-gold and crispy, depending on your taste.
Very tasty served with cold, unsweetened applesauce.
