Peel the raw potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes, remove and allow to cool.
Cut the pointed peppers into strips. Halve the Brussels sprouts. Cut the leek into rings.
Heat some olive oil in a large pan and fry the cooled potato cubes for about 10 minutes while turning until golden brown. Add the paprika, Brussels sprouts and a little later the leek and continue to fry for approx. 10 minutes while turning. If necessary, add more olive oil in between. Season with salt and pepper.
