Croutons with Melted Cheese and Herbs Instructions

  1. Rinse green onions, parsley, and dill thoroughly, dry, and chop coarsely. Leave some dill for serving. Send the rest of the chopped greens to the blender bowl.
  2. Break the processed curds into large pieces and add to the bowl to the herbs.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, and beat until smooth.
  4. Heat the pan and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Fry the rye bread slices over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Then cool slightly.
  5. Apply a cheese spread with herbs evenly on each slice of toasted bread.
