Finely chop the greens. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add herbs and garlic to potatoes.
Mix well.
Place the potato mixture on the bread slices.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the croutons with the potatoes down. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Then turn over and fry on the reverse side so that the croutons are crispy. If desired, the croutons can be turned over to the potato side again and fried a little more.
