Mix the flour, eggs and milk with a whisk to a thin batter and add a pinch of salt. If you like it sweet, you can also add a little sugar. Let the dough rest for about 20-30 minutes.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the crepes. If you have a well-coated pan, you don`t need any oil.
I got 12 small crêpes (15 cm in diameter) from the above amount of dough. Completely sufficient for 2 people. If the crepes are served as dessert, the amount is enough for 4 people.
Peel, core and dice the apples. Put some water in a saucepan, add diced apples, raisins, cinnamon and sugar. Now boil everything down until the apples are soft and a mixture of puree and apple pieces is created.
Put the puree on the crepes, roll them up and enjoy.
